Need information?

The registration desk is located on the ground floor near the main entrance of the Assembly Hall on Wilhelmsplatz. Here, you will receive your conference badge as well as a printed overview of the programme.

All participants are requested to wear their conference badge visibly throughout the entire IFASD, as well as during the social programme. Access to technical sessions and all event areas is only possible with a valid badge.

Luggage storage is only available at a designated separate location at the ASSEMBLY HALL and only on 18/06/2026.

Luggage storage on 18/06/2026 is located on the first floor of the Assembly Hall and will be signposted on site.

Networking- & Lunch-Breaks
How to get a meal....
There are three food and beverage areas available. Two are located in the Alte Mensa (Ground Floor and First Floor), and one is situated directly in front of Plenary Room the Assembly Hall.

The same lunch as well as cold beverages and coffee/tea served at every beverage and catering stations!

Due to the high number of participants, there may be increased demand and short waiting times at the catering stations, particularly during break times. To ensure smooth operations, several serving points have been set up. We kindly ask you to make use of all available lunch distribution stations and to distribute yourselves as evenly as possible. Lunch will be served upon presentation of your conference badge.
Beverages provided in the lecture rooms are only for lecturers and session chairs!
We kindly ask for your understanding and thank you for your consideration.

Why?
These drinks are meant to support those who actively contribute to the event—particularly through presentations, moderation, or chairing discussions. Speaking in front of an audience increases the need for hydration, which is why they are given quick and easy access to beverages.
