The 21st International Forum on Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics will be held in Goettingen, Germany, from 16 to 18 June 2026. An excursion/technical visit is also planned for 19 June 2026. The Forum will be organised by the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (DGLR).
This IFASD will be the 21st in a series of meetings, held biennially across Europe and the United States. The first IFASD took place in Nuremberg (Germany) in 1981, and the most recent was held in The Hague (The Netherlands) in 2024.
The abstract submission period for IFASD 2026 is closed an the International Committee is in the process of reviewing and evaluating all submitted contributions.
Contributors of submitted abstracts will be notified of the acceptance decision in early March 2026 and the preliminary Programme will be available soon!
As in previous years, the scientific sessions will cover key aspects of aeroelasticity and structural dynamics and will be held simultaneously in various conference rooms.
