URGENT INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS OF A LECTURE/POSTER-PRESENTATION
  • REGISTRATION FOR PRESENTERS HAS CLOSED ON 10 APRIL AT 14:00 CEST. Contributions that have not been registered will now be removed from the programme. Authors who have submitted a contribution and received acceptance during the review process (regardless of whether for an oral presentation or a poster) may now only register as participants (without presenting a contribution).

Accompanying person conference dinner
Accompanying persons do NOT have access to the scientific conference programme. Participation is strictly limited to the conference dinner on 17 June, as stated on the invoice and in the booking of the respective package. Registration during regular registration of a presenter/participant.

1)The forums fee for PARTICIPANTS;STUDENTS includes:

  • Forums participation
  • Coffee/Tea during the breaks (16 - 18 June 2026)
  • Lunches (16 - 18 June 2026)
  • Possibility to participate in the social programme (Reception, Networking-Evening/Conference dinner (Registration for both is required); Places limited ("first come - first serve"))
  • Possibility to participate at the technical tour 19 June 2026 (Registration required; Places limited ("first come - first serve"))


2)Students: please send a copy of your University ID-Card with your registration form (shop@dglr.de).

3) The early registration rates are applicable if payment is received before 26 April 2024 - 23:59 CEST. Non-paid Early Registrations will automatically change into a Late Registration on 27 April 2026.
