SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

The Abstract Submission Deadline will be 22 December 2025.

Abstracts should be submitted online at the Forums website at Here you can submit your abstract to your paper.

The website offers the possibility to directly upload the author’s contribution. The submitted abstract, written in English and containing a minimum of 350 and a maximum of 1000 words has to be a Portable Document File (pdf). Abstracts should briefly outline the main research question(s), research method, results and conclusions as well as their general significance. References might be added. The abstract must contain the full name (first name + last name, no titles), affiliation and address of corresponding author. In the case of joint authorships, the name of the corresponding author should be indicated with an asterisk. Papers can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the conference (poster or orally) and if at least one of the authors is registered.A template for the abstract is provided for your convenience. This template is already set with the correct page size, fonts, line spacing and margins. Please convert your abstract to a PDF file. Be sure to embed the fonts when creating the PDF.

IFASD2026-Abstract-Template (MS-WORD)

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the experts of the international technical committee using the following criteria:
  • Relevance
  • Completeness
  • Quality
Therefore it is important that the abstract is prepared in a way that supports the evaluators in their decision how well each criteria is fulfilled.

The online mask requests additional information from the author, like an additional short abstract text, keywords, new or significant aspects of their work and the assignment of the paper to one of the session subjects.

After successful online submission the author will receive an automatically generated E-Mail.

Not more than two platform presentations by the same author will be accepted
